Receive a free Initial Exam ($45 value) when you donate a care package of supplies to the Pruitt Chiropractic Care Package Drive (November 1st-30th). Donations are welcome whether you wish to receive chiropractic services or not. There is no obligation to continue care after your visit to our office.
