Dr. Pruitt served in the United States Air Force as a Security Police Officer on the National Emergency Airborne Command Post in support of the President.

Dr. Pruitt graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA., which continues to be the leader among Chiropractic colleges. He completed over 4400 hours of study and passed the National Board of Chiropractic Examinations Parts I, II, III, IV and Physical Therapy.

Dr. Pruitt is licensed in the state of Rhode Island and currently hosts a Spinal Workshop -- a special event every Tuesday, 6:00 pm at Pruitt Chiropractic (88 East Main Road, Middletown, RI). The Spinal Workshops educates families and individuals on:

• Arthritis, osteoporosis, stress, nutrition and exercise
• The foundation for understanding spinal health
• How to live healthy and stress free
• The role that chiropractic plays in our health and wellness
  

Other health talks are available to businesses, schools and organizations with topics ranging from Backpack Safety and The Ritalin Controversy, to Raising A Healthy Drug-free Family, Spinal Health, Nutrition and several others.
